Almost Pie

I did not plan to post this recipe until around Thanksgiving because it reminds me of a decadent and sweet holiday drink. However, I’ve been enjoying it a lot lately and 2020 has no rules. We could all use a few more healthy obsessions, so we don’t become one of those heinous bitches going viral at a Trader Joe’s.

Enjoy!

1 Sweet Potato (High in antioxidants and promotes growth of good gut bacteria.)

6 Carrots- (Promotes lower cholesterol and improves eye health)

3 Apples-(Heart health and feeds good bacteria in the gut)

1 thumb Ginger- (Powerhouse of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties and improves brain function)

Top it off with cinnamon if you’re feeling frisky
